Plan Highlights

- You can make pre-tax and/or Roth contributions.
- You can contribute up to 90% of each paycheck.
- You can change your contribution amount at anytime.
- Once you are eligible, you will be auto-enrolled.
- You can opt-out or opt-back-in at any time.
- Contribute 5% to receive the full CBL match.
Automatic Enrollment & Opting Out
Once you become eligible, you will be automatically enrolled in CBL’s 401(k) plan. If you do not want to participate, you must opt out. You can opt out—or opt back in—at any time. To enroll or make changes, visit MyKPlan.com/enroll and select Enroll Now for Plan Number: 329870
