A Word About CCSD Cost Centers & POs...*

Starting in FY2024-2025, all CCSD trip requests require a Cost Center and a PO. The Cost Center is a 4-digit code you can get from your school's bookkeeper. You need this code to proceed with your trip request. Once the request has been submitted, we will send a quote. Use that quote to request a PO. When we have the purchase order number, we can confirm your trip. If you have any questions about CCSD Field Trip Procedures, please contact your school's principal or bookkeeper or, for CTE requests, Terri Lockerby.
